How will the event work in different time zones?  
Australia Global Summit will run in three separate broadcasts to best cater to the various global time zones. View the timetable for further details.

Do I need to download or install any software to be able to attend Australia Global Summit? 
You do not need to download or install any software to attend the virtual event. 

You will only need to have access to the internet - a strong, high speed connection is recommended. 

When will I receive access to the platform?
The platform information will be shared with you on the day of the event. Please check your inbox three hours out from the event start time for login details.

Why won't the platform load?
Access to the latest version of Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge is required. Internet Explorer is not supported. You can check your browser and operating system (OS) is updated to the latest version. To test what browser version you are using, go to what is my browser and update if required.

How do I login?
To access the event via desktop computer or laptop, you can simply click on the direct link in the email. This is your personal login link so do not share with anyone else.

If the system prompts you to enter your email address and PIN please refer to your platform access email for these details.

What is my PIN?
Your PIN can be found in the platform access email that will be emailed to you three hours out from the event.

If you can't find your PIN, select 'forgotten your PIN' and the system will resend this to you. If you need any further assistance, please call the Industry Events team on +61 2 9361 1262 or email us at taindustryevents@tourism.australia.com.

If you are logged into the platform, send a message to Live Support by clicking on the red live support icon in the top right of the platform.

How long will we have access to the platform?
The platform will be open until 16 December 2021 allowing plenty of time for you to access the conference session recordings as well as export any contact details or notes.
